Am I blending in?

Water is the ultimate medium.
It has power to soothe, to destroy, to awe.
This is Elk Creek Fall behind me, a short walk from a county road by Powers, Oregon, the reward after an hour drive up a winding road.
Here, I'm congruent with each step I take, each breath I inhale, muscle aches reining my enthusiasm.

I like this picture of you and the water. Congruent and soothing.
Yes, I share the aching muscles and painful knees.

You seem so a home with the water and the natural surrounding. You appear to fit right in. This is good.

Blessings and Bear hugs!

Blending in? Yep, I see 2 beautiful things..the water and you! We visited some beautiful waterfalls when we were in Oregon last year. Love it!

I have read your latest posts. First of all you are more technical than me because my daughter gave me an iPhone and I twisted and turned it and just did not know how to take a “selfie” I pushed on the thing and it took a view of the computer!
Then, I think everyone who has had difficulties in life has thought about “quitting” whatever – that is just natural. Yesterday while I was in the hospital waiting room as my husband was having his second bladder cancer operation I did not even want to read – and that is rare for me. I enjoy blogging because it takes me away from these “difficulties” that I cannot share with many people. I know blogging is impersonal, because some people will read your blog for a while, then you never hear from them again, but it is still some human contact which helps when one is a bit sad and needs some friendship.

You make a lovely pairing with the waterfall. Oregon is such a beautiful state.

Great selfie!

Water does have those powers, and waterfalls can be awesome to behold....how lucky to live so close to such beauty.

I agree with you. You've described exactly how my (increasingly infrequent) walks at the nature reservation make me feel. Thank you.

You are part of nature, a very important part.

A walk by water is certainly soothing, well I find it so anyway. :)
