The last of 2010.

Sunset at Cape Blanco, westernmost point in the continental USA, bidding you all a good last night of 2010.

May your Tomorrow be a new beginning: productive, thoughtful, caring.

Happy 2011!

  7. Happy New Year to you! Less than 30min. for us on the eastern side of the Mississippi! Then it's on to 2011...whew, I still find that hard to believe, time goes much tooooo fast!

  8. The sun went down here just a little while later. New Year's Eve in Hawaii is very noisy with nonstop fireworks, firecrackers, and illegal rockets. My dog and I are huddled inside so he can weather the noise.

Happy New Year, wishing you a wonderful 2011.

  9. Happy New Year From Southern California.

Don't forget to watch the 122nd Rose Parade on New Year's Day coming from Pasadena, California...only 30 miles from The Old Geezer's home :-)

  14. Yesterday folded into today and except for a calendar from the drug store, nothing is different. I have the same aspirations today as I did yesterday.

Give me a week of writing 2011 then check me.

  22. What a lovely photo to designate the end of a year and the hope of a new beginning at dawn.

I am most fond of sunsets anyway. It was warm but raining with serious thunderstorms and tornados (not near us) yesterday. For some a sad and deadly day.

    Happu New Years.
